MetroMax® het schoonste kunststof stellingsysteem!

Het MetroMax® stellingsysteem bestaat uit een groot aantal modules, die zonder gereedschap kunnen worden gemonteerd. Geen schroeven, schoren of hoekstukken.

De stellingen zijn verkrijgbaar in staande of verrijdbare uitvoering, of als transportwagen. De MetroMax® systemen zijn zeer gebruiksvriendelijk, mede door de open hoeken, de optimale verstelbaarheid van de schaphoogte en de stabiliteit. Alle onderdelen zijn vervaardigd van polymeer, glasvezelversterkt kunststof.
De schappen, verkrijgbaar in open of gesloten uitvoering, zijn voorzien van de speciale Microban® bescherming.

Kunststof zonder Microban bescherming

Microban®
Microban® is een uniek systeem waarbij een effectieve bescherming wordt ingebouwd (legering) in het MetroMax® materiaal.

Microban® remt bacteriegroei en blijft actief gedurende de levensduur van het eindproduct. De werking zal niet verminderen door gebruik of reiniging. Eenmaal ingebouwd, zullen de werkende ingrediënten van Microban® het functioneren, groeien en reproduceren van bacteriën en schimmels op het stellingmateriaal neutraliseren.

Dankzij de gelijke verdeling van Microban® in het kunststof van de stellingschappen, zal de werking over het gehele product optimaal zijn, tot zelfs in moeilijk bereikbare hoeken.

De Microban® bescherming is volstrekt veilig. Grondig laboratoriumonderzoek en uitgebreide duurtesten vormen essentiele onderdelen van de productontwikkeling.

Zwenkwielen, incl bevestiging
Om een basisunit verijdbaar te maken adviseren wij u onderstaande zwenkwielen. Voor een stationaire toepassing is een hard loopvlak wenselijk, zodat de basisunit makkelijk verplaatst kan worden.
Voor een verrijdbare toepassing is een zwenkwiel met een soepel rubber loopvlak ideaal.

Kunststof opslag plateaus
Onze kunststof opslag plateaus zijn uitermate geschikt om te worden gebruikt op plaatsen waar producten niet direct op de vloer geplaatst mogen worden, zoals b.v. koelcellen. Draagvermogen van 680 tot 1360 Kg.
